Video editor for beauty company

I'm looking for a video editor to help with the final production of my video. I have the raw footage. It's a beauty product. A lot of models need teeth correction, their teeth are a little yellow and need fixing. I’d also like to potentially change the background color. I’m seeking someone with experience who can make the video look better and more presentable. Someone is can do some visual effects and can create a realistic AI voice.
