Video editor for explainer-documentary style videos (ongoing)

I run a new English-language explainer/documentary channel (think Johnny Harris, Search Party). I need an editor or a small team to turn my voiceover + script into finished 10–20 minute videos, on an ongoing basis. Per video, you'll: Take my raw voice recording and clean it in Descript: remove filler, dead pauses, and mistakes, tighten the pacing, and enhance the voice quality (Studio Sound). Check the audio against my written script (I provide it) so nothing's missing or out of order. You can do this in Descript on auto, it's just faster. Edit in a Johnny Harris style: voiceover-driven, with relevant B-roll, archival clips, news footage, maps, and simple text callouts cut to the narration. *Most important — let it breathe.* Don't fill every second with my voice. I don't want to be a non-stop talking voice. After a line, drop in 3–5 seconds of footage with its own natural sound (no voiceover), so the viewer sinks into the scene, let them feel the cinematics, then continue. These nat-sound breaks are a big part of the feel. Deliver a strong thumbnail (concept + final file). Pay: $50 per finished 10–20 min video to start. Steady volume — I batch scripts, I'll have 2–3 ready immediately and more every week. A team is a plus for faster turnaround. For the right long-term fit, I may give direct upload access to the channel.
