Video editor needed to create a 2-3 minute sizzle reel needed for company retreat

Overview: We're looking for a skilled video editor to produce a 2–3 minute sizzle reel celebrating our company's achievements over the past year. The video will premiere at a corporate luncheon in front of employees, leadership, and stakeholders, so it needs to feel polished, energetic, and genuinely celebratory — the kind of piece that gets applause when the lights come back up. Raw footage, script, and audio mix will be provided; this role is purely editing, not production or filming. Scope: Build a compelling narrative arc within 2–3 minutes that highlights key milestones, wins, and culture moments from the past year Edit for pacing and emotional impact — this should feel like a highlight reel, not a corporate report Add motion graphics/lower thirds for key stats, dates, or achievements as needed Deliver in a format suitable for large-screen luncheon projection (with export specs to be confirmed) Deliverables: One final cut, 2–3 minutes in length Export in both a high-resolution presentation format (e.g., ProRes or high-bitrate MP4) and a compressed web-friendly version Project file or editable source (if requested) for future revisions Requirements: Proven experience editing corporate, event, or highlight-reel style videos (portfolio/reel required) Strong sense of pacing, music syncing, and storytelling within a short runtime Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve Experience with basic motion graphics/titling (After Effects a plus) Comfortable working from provided raw assets with minimal direction, asking clarifying questions as needed Able to turn around revisions quickly against a fixed event date
