Video editor needed to repurpose webinar content into shorts and reels

We are looking for a video editor to repurpose webinar recordings (approximately 50 minutes per webinar) into 8–10 short-form videos suitable for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The webinar content focuses on topics such as workforce development, labour market information, career development, education, and emerging trends such as AI. The webinars showcase a presenter's video feed alongside presentation slides. Our audience primarily includes career development practitioners, government workers and policymakers, researchers, and post-secondary education professionals. Deliverables: 8–10 short-form video clips Burned-in captions/subtitles Vertical formatting for social platforms. Clean, professional editing suitable for an educational and professional audience. For some webinars, suggested clips and timestamps may be provided. We also welcome the editor's recommendations for compelling moments that may be suitable for short-form content. While the primary requirement is clean editing and captions, we are open to suggestions for title cards, branding elements, end cards, or other enhancements that improve engagement and learning outcomes.
