Video editor with extensive UGC AI experience

AI UGC Video Editor & Performance Creative Specialist We're looking for a highly skilled Video Editor with deep AI UGC and AI video development/brol development experience to join us on an immediate project basis, with potential to move into a full time role remote role. Your primary focus will be creating, editing, and adapting high-performing AI UGC creatives at speed. Right now, we need someone who can rapidly update and rework existing AI UGC videos to reflect new branding, pricing, and messaging across multiple campaigns. What we're looking for: Proven experience creating and editing AI-generated UGC content Ability to generate realistic, high-quality AI avatars, scenes, and performances Strong editing skills with an eye for direct-response and performance marketing Understanding of conversion principles, hooks, offers, and audience psychology Ability to think strategically and contribute to script development and creative concepts Fast turnaround times and ability to ship creative assets quickly to performance marketing teams Experience working with high-volume creative testing environments Bonus points if you: Think like a performance marketer, not just an editor Have experience scaling Meta creative Can independently identify creative improvements that drive conversion This project starts immediately and could evolve into a full-time position for the right person.
