We are looking for an experienced, highly creative video editor who can take ownership of the editing process and bring fresh ideas, storytelling, and creative direction without requiring detailed step-by-step instructions. This is an ongoing opportunity across multiple brands and content types, so we're looking for someone who can adapt their editing style while maintaining a high standard of quality and engagement. Projects may include: • Client testimonials and case studies • Documentary-style and interview-led content • Brand films and corporate storytelling • Motion graphics and animated content • Meta and social media advertisements • Instagram Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts • Podcast and long-form content • Promotional and marketing videos The ideal candidate should have: • Strong storytelling and pacing skills • Excellent motion graphics and typography abilities • Experience editing both short-form and long-form content • The ability to interpret a brief and elevate it creatively • Strong understanding of audience retention and engagement • Experience working with premium brands and marketing content • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional software We are not looking for someone who simply follows instructions.
