WEDDING FILM PROJECT BRIEF Hello, I am looking for an experienced video editor to create an elegant, cinematic, and emotional wedding film for my daughter and her fiancé . I already have a completed PowerPoint presentation containing approximately 163 photographs, Hebrew text slides, and the planned order of the story. I am not looking for instructions or assistance with editing software. The editor must take full responsibility for producing and delivering the completed film. The final result should look like a professionally produced cinematic wedding film—not like a PowerPoint presentation converted into a basic slideshow. STRICT ONE-WEEK DEADLINE The complete project must be finished within one week. The editor will have a maximum of seven calendar days from receiving all the project materials to deliver the final approved wedding film. Proposed schedule: Days 1–2: Cinematic opening, avatar, Hebrew voice and visual-style test Days 3–4: First complete draft Days 5–6: Corrections and revisions Day 7: Final delivery of all required files The editor must: Begin work immediately Be available for communication and revisions throughout the week Deliver previews and corrections promptly Complete all editing, avatar production, licensing, sound design and final exports within the seven-day period Confirm in writing that the deadline can be met before accepting the project The editor should not accept the project unless they can guarantee completion within seven calendar days. Delays involving software, rendering, licensing, subcontractors or unavailable assets will remain the editor’s responsibility. PROJECT CONCEPT The film tells the story of two children who grew up separately, without knowing that one day their lives would come together. It consists of two main parts: Bride and Groom growing up separately Bride and Groom meeting and building their life together The film should begin like a real movie, with a cinematic opening, licensed video footage, professional sound design, an AI avatar welcoming the guests, and Hebrew narration. CINEMATIC OPENING The film must not begin immediately with a traditional photo slideshow.
