Videographer/Editor for 1‑Day Client Testimonial + Warehouse Shoot (Piscataway, NJ)

I run a 3PL warehouse in Piscataway, NJ and we’re looking for a videographer/editor to handle a one‑day on‑site shoot and deliver a few polished assets. Project overview: We want to capture: 1–2 client testimonial interviews (founders/ops people) A short interview with me (founder) B‑roll of our warehouse in action (receiving, pick/pack, staging, team, etc.) Goal: use this content on our website, LinkedIn, and in sales decks to show we’re a real, well‑run operation with happy clients. Scope of work: Pre‑production: Quick call to align on shot list and interview setup Production (on site in Piscataway, NJ): 1 full shoot day at our warehouse Film sit‑down interviews (good audio + lighting) Capture b‑roll around the facility (people working, boxes moving, close‑ups, etc.) Post‑production: Edit 1–2 hero videos (60–90 sec each) focused on client testimonials Create 5–10 short clips (15–30 sec) for social use Provide 10–20 edited photos (stills from footage or separate shots) Deliver all raw footage as well Style we’re looking for: Clean, simple, documentary/corporate style Natural, not cheesy or overly “ad‑y” Audio and lighting good enough for website use What to include in your proposal: Links to 2–3 relevant projects, ideally: Client testimonial / interview style videos Corporate / warehouse / factory / office b‑roll (if you have it) A rough breakdown of: Your day rate for the shoot Your estimate for editing the deliverables above Confirm you can travel to Piscataway, NJ for a full day If this goes well, there’s potential for more work down the line, but right now this is a defined one‑day project with clear deliverables.
