We're looking for a creative videographer/motion graphics designer to produce short, engaging walkthrough videos of our web platform for YouTube and social media. Deliverables - Short screen-recorded + motion graphic videos (max 45 seconds each) - Topics to cover (one video per topic): - How to list a property as a landlord - How to search and apply for a property as a tenant - How to sign a lease agreement - How to make payments via escrow - How to chat with a landlord/tenant - Platform overview / homepage tour - Smooth transitions, text overlays, and background music - Branded with LeaseStash colors and logo - Delivered in MP4 (1080p min), optimized for YouTube Shorts and standard YouTube Style Preference: Think Notion, Linear, or Stripe, clean, minimal, modern UI walkthroughs with subtle animations. Requirements: - Experience with screen recording + motion graphics (After Effects, CapCut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar) - Portfolio of similar SaaS/app walkthrough videos - Able to deliver within 2 weeks - Responsive and open to 1–2 revision rounds Budget is Negotiable, include your per-video rate or package price in your proposal.
