Videographer Needed in Nashville, July 24-25 (Event + Creator Story)

We're a TikTok Shop education company documenting one of our creators attending her first big industry event in Nashville, and we need a local videographer to capture her story. This is documentary-style work. We're following a real person through a big moment in her life, not shooting a corporate recap video. Her face, her reactions, and the candid in-between moments matter more than polished wides. If your background is weddings or events but you know how to disappear into a room and catch real emotion, you'll do great here. The job: Day 1 (July 24, afternoon/evening): Meet our creator at BNA arrivals. The one shot we cannot miss is her walking out of arrivals, so you'll need to arrive early and track her flight (we'll send the flight number). Then hotel check-in and a few casual evening moments. Roughly 3-4 hours. Day 2 (July 25, full event day): Follow her through the event: walking in for the first time, meeting the company founders, her turn at the interview booth, candid moments with other creators. You'll also record 3 stage panels (clean audio required, there's a house PA we expect to pull a feed from) and a 10-15 minute sit-down interview with her at the end of the day. Deliverables: Raw footage only, uploaded to our shared drive within 48 hours of the shoot. No editing required. You'll need: Your own camera kit and a lav or shotgun mic, experience recording from a PA/soundboard feed, backup gear, and comfort working handheld all day.
