Videographer for an aviation podcast shoot in Reno, NV (one day, June 29) I'm filming the first segment of a new aviation podcast geared toward helping the next generation of aviation professionals, and I need an experienced videographer on the ground in Reno for a single-day shoot. The shoot A sit-down interview between me (the host) and one guest, filmed at the airport. Date is Monday, June 29, 2026, at [exact airport / FBO in Reno, to be confirmed]. Plan for roughly 4 to 5 hours on site including setup and breakdown. Some of the setup may be outdoors or near aircraft, so comfort in a run-and-gun environment is a plus. The look I'm going for A cinematic, in-person, documentary-style interview. Shot on location at the airport with shallow depth of field, proper lighting, and a real sense of place. Think a genuine sit-down in a real environment, not a recorded video call and not a flat, evenly-lit talking-head setup. I'm after quality and a polished feel, so camera work and lighting matter. What I need At least two camera angles running at the same time. One on each speaker is ideal, and a third wide shot is a bonus. Clean, professional audio. This is a podcast, so audio is the single most important deliverable. I need lavalier mics on both speakers plus a separate backup recording. Please do not rely on in-camera audio alone. Proper interview lighting. A small amount of B-roll if time allows, like the airport, aircraft, and the two of us, for the editor to cut in. Deliverables All raw footage from every camera, unedited and uncut. Separate, high-quality audio files, not just the camera scratch track. 4K resolution, delivered via [Frame.io / Dropbox / hard drive]. You will not be editing. A separate editor handles post. I just need clean, well-organized source files to hand off. Who I'm looking for Proven experience shooting cinematic, multi-camera interviews. Please share relevant samples that match this style. Owns or can source professional cameras, audio gear, and lighting. Reliable and communicative, and steady in a one-shot situation where we may not get second takes. Based in or near Reno, NV, or able to travel there on the 29th. How I work I'll be on site and easy to reach throughout. You'll get a clear call sheet and run of show ahead of time. Quick, responsive communication before and during the shoot matters to me. Total time, will be about 3 Hours on site. If this sounds like you, send a short note on your experience with this kind of shoot, a couple of samples that match the look above, and your day rate.
