Videographer + Photographer + Editor for 2-day event in Budapest, July 8-9 (high volume Reels)

We are looking for an experienced videographer and photographer who also edits, for an event shoot in Budapest across two days. Location: Budapest Day 1: July 8, 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM (3 hours, daytime) Day 2: July 9, 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM (3 hours, evening event coverage) We run a digital advertising agency and need clean, modern, social-first content. Think dynamic event coverage, b-roll, short interviews, and strong event photography. Important: the July 9 session is an evening/low-light event, so you must be comfortable and well-equipped for filming and shooting photos in low-light conditions. Important: we want the same person to film, shoot photos, AND edit. This leads to stronger raw content, because the person capturing it already knows what shots and transitions they need for the final edit. Deliverables: All raw footage and raw photos, delivered organized and ready to use A selection of edited event photos 30 short form edits for Instagram Reels (vertical, fast-paced, social-first). We want high volume, so editing efficiency at scale matters. What we need from you: Your own professional camera, audio, lighting, and photo gear suitable for both daytime and low-light/evening conditions Experience filming events, shooting event photography, and producing short-form/social content Strong editing skills (pacing, transitions, sound design, color) Ability to deliver Reels at volume with fast turnaround Please include in your proposal: A fixed all-in price, split into: (a) filming + photography on location, (b) edited photo selection, and (c) Reels editing (30pcs). Whether you are local to Budapest or able to travel (and your travel/accommodation expectations if so) Portfolio examples of paid, edited work you personally filmed/shot AND edited, ideally including event and low-light/evening content. We specifically want to see Reels and event photography. No raw-only samples and no team projects edited by someone else. Confirmation that you are available on both July 8 (1:00 PM to 4:00 PM) and July 9 (7:00 PM to 10:00 PM) We will only consider proposals that include edited samples of your own work.
