Videographer/Photographer to capture an event activation - Phoenix, AZ

We are looking for a professional to capture photography & videography this Saturday, July 4. Require on-site talent in Phoenix, AZ We have an event this weekend for one of our clients. It's outdoors at the Fabulous Phoenix 4th, and we want to capture some great photos and lots of short video clips for a sizzle reel. The event is this Saturday, July 4 from 6pm - 10pm. We are producing a simple activation where we sample a product and ask guests to play a game. We're mostly looking for interaction shots, good video clips of consumers interacting with our booth staff, playing the game, tasting the samples, and grabbing some short little interviews about what people think about the product and the brand. Not complex. A short shot list can be provided upon hire. This is a straightforward, easy, outdoor shoot that requires no post-production. We just need the raw shots/B-roll.
