Videographer Needed – Film Keynote Speaker (Rochester, New York) Approximately 5 hours We are seeking an experienced videographer to professionally record a keynote speaker at the International Trumpet Guild Conference 2026 This is a straightforward recording job with a strong focus on high-quality video and clean, reliable audio capture with various angles within the room. Footage is required to capture the size of the room and number of people in the room as well as close-ups with the focus being the keynote speakers. Event Details Location: Eastman School of Music, Rochester, New York Date: 28th May Arrival Time: 9:30am (setup, mic, and testing) Start Time: 10:00am Duration: 1.5-hour keynote presentation Total Project Time: Approx. 5 hours Scope of Work: * Record full keynote presentation (single speaker on stage) * Capture clear video from appropriate angles/positions in the room * Ensure professional-quality audio recording (lapel mic required) Arrive early to: * Mic the speaker (lav/lapel mic) * Test audio and video setup * Provide all your own equipment Deliverables: * Full, unedited video recording of the keynote * High-quality synced audio * Files delivered via a file transfer platform (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, etc.) Requirements: * Proven experience filming live events, conferences, or keynote speakers * Strong understanding of audio capture in live environments * Reliable, professional, and punctual * Ability to troubleshoot on-site if required To Apply Please include: Examples of similar work (conference talks, keynote speakers, seminars) Brief outline of your file transfer method.
