Videographer for founder video

About the project We're a mobile coffee catering company, and we're looking for a videographer/editor to produce a warm, cinematic "Learn About Us" video for our website. The goal is to introduce potential customers to our services and share our backstory in a way that feels personal, inviting, and premium. Think midcentury modern aesthetic: clean lines, warm natural light, rich but muted color palette (walnut, cream, mustard, sage), tasteful negative space, and steady, deliberate camera work. We want it to feel calm and crafted, not busy or over-edited. What we need filmed 1. Founder interview (A-roll) Our founder speaking to camera while seated in a chair, with our coffee cart styled in the background. This is the spine of the video. It should be well-lit, with clean audio and a natural, conversational feel. 2. B-roll of the coffee cart Detail and wide shots of the cart, equipment, and setup steam, pour shots, the espresso machine, signage, the overall vibe. 3. B-roll of latte art & customer interaction Close-ups of latte art being poured, drinks being handed off, and genuine moments of customers enjoying the experience. Deliverables One finished video, approximately 3 minutes long Delivered in web-ready format (H.264 MP4, 1080p or 4K) plus a vertical/social cut if easy to include Color-corrected, with clean, mixed audio (lav or shotgun mic on the founder — on-camera audio is not acceptable) Licensed background music that fits the midcentury modern, relaxed tone 1–2 rounds of revisions included What we're looking for A demo reel or portfolio showing interview + b-roll storytelling (food/beverage, hospitality, or small-business brand videos are a big plus) Your own professional camera, lens, lighting, and audio gear Strong sense of pacing, composition, and color please point us to work that shows the aesthetic described above Reliable, communicative, and comfortable directing a non-actor founder to feel natural on camera Logistics Shoot: One day, on location (local).
