Dates: Aug 19 & 20 Location: Delhi Duration: Approximately 4 hours per day The videographer/photographer will capture high-quality visual content that tells the complete story of the World Woman Foundation's Financial Literacy School Program and related activities. Scope of Work Production Film our trainer and team during school visits, workshops, and classroom interactions. Capture high-quality professional photographs and cinematic video throughout the day. Document the complete event journey, creating a compelling visual narrative from start to finish. Capture behind-the-scenes moments, including preparation, travel between locations, venue arrivals, and candid interactions. Film arrival and departure sequences, including getting in and out of the vehicle and other lifestyle moments that enhance storytelling. Record interactions with students, teachers, school leadership, partners, and volunteers. Capture natural conversations, networking, and authentic behind-the-scenes footage. Record testimonials from students, teachers, partners, and members of the program team. Capture B-roll of the schools, classrooms, branding, event details, audience reactions, and the surrounding environment. Film key speeches, presentations, demonstrations, and meaningful interactions throughout the program. Post-Production & Deliverables Edit 8 vertical social media reels (up to 60 seconds each) optimized for Instagram Reels, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Edit 1 highlight video (approximately 2 minutes) for YouTube, presentations, and promotional use. Deliver a minimum of 50 professionally edited, high-resolution photographs per event day (minimum 100 edited images across the two-day shoot). Deliver all raw, high-resolution photo files. Deliver all raw video footage. Deliver all final edited videos in high-resolution formats suitable for digital and social media distribution. Include professional color correction, basic audio enhancement, licensed royalty-free background music (if applicable), and simple branded titles/lower thirds.
