Overview Harvey Industries International is seeking a skilled freelance videographer to capture two special community events at our headquarters in Montclair, California. The ideal candidate will have experience filming live events, capturing candid interactions, and creating engaging highlight footage suitable for social media, marketing, and promotional use. Event Dates & Coverage Day 1: Proclamation Reception Date: Thursday, August 20, 2025 Time: Approximately 10:00 AM (1 hour of coverage) Capture: -Arrival of guests and city officials Proclamation presentation ceremony -Speeches and remarks -Handshake and photo opportunities -General event atmosphere and B-roll Day 2: Montclair Woodworking & Craftsman Day Date: Friday, August 22, 2025 Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Capture: -Event opening activities -Live woodworking demonstrations -Vendor interactions and product showcases -Hands-on youth activities -Community engagement and networking -Artisan vendors and displays -Interviews with attendees, vendors, and Harvey team members (optional) -General event atmosphere and B-roll throughout the day Deliverable: -Edited 2–3 minute highlight reel -30–60 second social media highlight video -Raw footage provided to Harvey Industries International -High-quality footage suitable for future marketing and promotional use
