Videography Project for learning course

Our company, NexGen Steel, manufactures steel studs and trusses for residential and commercial construction using recycled steel. We have an exciting project coming up in Harahan, Louisiana, tentatively scheduled for August 3–10, and we're looking for a videographer—or possibly a small production crew—to help capture the project. The primary goal is to film a training course that will teach future framing crews how to build with steel instead of traditional lumber. Our company owner will be on site leading the instruction, and the footage will eventually be developed into an online learning course. For this project, we're primarily looking for well-organized raw footage rather than a fully edited final product. We would appreciate the footage being organized by day, scene, or shot to make post-production easier. We expect the instructional filming to take approximately 2–3 days, and we may also want additional time-lapse and B-roll footage documenting the framing process over several more days.
