Vietnam-Based Lawyer Needed for Company Formation & Legal Structuring

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced lawyer or legal consultant based in Vietnam to assist with setting up a company and ensuring full legal compliance with Vietnamese regulations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with foreign-owned or foreign-invested company formation in Vietnam and be able to guide us through the entire process. Scope of Work: Advise on the best legal structure for our business in Vietnam Handle or guide the company registration process Support with required licenses and permits (if applicable) Provide clarity on foreign ownership rules and limitations Assist with tax registration and compliance basics Advise on banking setup and capital requirements Ensure compliance with local laws and ongoing obligations Requirements: Must be based in Vietnam Proven experience with company formation for foreign investors Strong understanding of Vietnamese corporate and investment law Ability to communicate clearly in English Experience working with international clients is a plus To Apply: Please include: Your experience with company formation in Vietnam (specific examples) Types of businesses you have helped set up Estimated timeline for company formation Your proposed approach for our case Your fee structure (fixed or hourly) We are looking for someone reliable, responsive, and knowledgeable who can guide us efficiently through the process.
