Vietnam Growth Marketer (User Acquisition) for Mobile Games

We run a mobile feed of bite-sized HTML5 games (think TikTok, but you play). We're seeing strong organic traction in Vietnam and want a local marketer to turn that into real install growth. What we need: - Drive new players and installs from the Vietnam market - Run and optimize paid and organic UA across the channels Vietnamese players actually use (Facebook, Zalo, TikTok, Telegram) - Source and manage local KOLs and micro-influencers in the casual gaming space - Test creatives and messaging in Vietnamese, report on CAC and retention You're a fit if: - You're based in Vietnam and know the local gaming audience first-hand - You've run UA for a mobile game or app before, with results you can show - Native Vietnamese, working English for reporting - You can move fast and iterate weekly Nice to have: experience with Telegram Mini Apps, casual/hypercasual games, or crypto-adjacent products. Start: ASAP. Open to part-time or project-based to start, scaling up if it works.
