Requirements * Fluent Vietnamese and good English. * Experience with Vietnamese land, property, real estate documentation, or local administrative procedures. * Background as a lawyer, legal assistant, notary-office staff, real estate professional, land consultant, or similar preferred. * Proactive, responsive, organized, and able to follow up without needing constant reminders. * Able to provide clear updates, summarize findings, and suggest next steps. * Must work legally and transparently. No bribery, false documents, or improper influence.
