Vintage/Retro Illustrator — Thrasher-Inspired T-Shirt Design Finalization

We need a talented vintage/retro illustrator to take an AI-generated t-shirt design concept and turn it into polished, print-ready art. The design is inspired by the June 1984 Thrasher Magazine cover ("Pools · Pipes · Parks") — reimagined for SOL Construction, a California General Engineering Contractor based in Pismo Beach, CA. Our tagline is "Pools · Pipes · Pavers." The core concept is ~90% there. We need someone to elevate it from AI mock-up to intentional, professional illustration with that authentic late 70s/early 80s skate and surf print media feel. The hero illustration centers on an excavator on a California beach scene with a wave and palm tree — think vintage travel poster meets skate mag. We have a fully developed brand identity (logo files, complete color palette in Pantone/CMYK, typography guide) and will provide everything you need. Final deliverables include vector source files (AI/SVG), color-separated screen print ready art, and PNG exports. This is NOT a job for AI image generators or generic mockup designers. We need a human illustrator who understands the visual language of 70s/80s skate and surf culture and has experience with screen print production.
