Viral Performance Marketing Specialist // Experienced Media Buyer

ABOUT US We are an early stage startup building a high volume, multi vertical lead commerce and sales engine. We operate as a business without borders team with a tech first culture. THE MISSION We are looking for a hands on Viral Performance Marketer who can execute aggressive traffic acquisition, creative hooks, and arbitrage scaling. If you have personally scaled Meta and Google ad accounts, weaponized short form video hooks, built high converting multi step landing pages, and understand how to continuously lower Cost Per Lead (CPL) without destroying lead quality — this role is for you. We need someone ready to hit the ground running with a plug and play mindset in our high paced environment. This is not a high level strategy or branding role. We need a high velocity media buying operator, with good understanding of the Spanish Solar market. WHAT YOU WILL EXECUTE - Viral Traffic Generation: Run high volume traffic acquisition across Meta, Google, and all social media channels. Write aggressive, psychology driven copy and work closely with the designer to make winning creative variations. - Closed Loop Optimization: Structure direct feedback loops between downstream sales data and top of funnel ad platforms. Configure tracking so that automated installer rejection triggers push negative optimization signals straight back to Meta and Google APIs. - Efficiency: Constantly manage and scale cost per lead (CPL) efficiency and campaign margins. - Account Retention & Dispute Management: Run regular performance reviews to track client close rates, response times, and system usage metrics. Manage and validate buyer rejection/refund requests through structured feedback channels to eliminate margin leakage. - Market Insights: Gather regional parameter insights (local grid constraints, utility pricing shifts) to inform our technical routing map. WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT - Proven Track Record: You have personally managed high-volume ad accounts and possess a deep portfolio of winning ad creative assets and conversion stats. - Conversion Rigor: You look past vanity metrics (like cheap conversion rates) and focus strictly on down-funnel acquisition metrics and lead profitability. -Technical Ingestion Depth: You understand how tracking loops work, including UTM parameters, Conversions API tracking, and data attribution. -Language Proficiency: Fluent business English and Spanish are mandatory. -Startup Velocity: You thrive on running lean, deploying rapid testing frameworks, and shifting strategy dynamically based on live market responses. -Technical Stack: You are fluent in Google Analytics 4, Meta Conversions API, and at least one enterprise-level analytics or data visualization platform.
