We are looking for an exceptional Short-Form Video Editor with proven experience creating viral videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. This is not a typical editing project. We are launching one of the biggest promotional campaigns in Florida, where participants can win a Tesla Model 3 while discovering InstaJob, an AI-powered platform connecting homeowners with more than 350,000 professionals across 1,200+ home service categories. Our goal is simple: Create videos that stop the scroll, go viral, generate millions of views, and convert viewers into participants. This is a long-term opportunity. We expect to produce a high volume of short-form content every week. Responsibilities Edit highly engaging short-form videos (15–60 seconds) Create powerful hooks within the first 2 seconds Add dynamic captions, motion graphics, sound effects, and trending music Transform raw footage into viral content Follow current TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends Suggest creative ideas and video concepts Optimize videos for maximum watch time and audience retention Produce multiple variations for A/B testing Requirements We are looking for someone who has: Proven experience editing viral short-form videos Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts Strong storytelling skills Excellent pacing and editing rhythm Motion graphics experience Experience creating direct-response or performance marketing creatives Fluent English communication Bonus if you have worked with: Viral brands Giveaway campaigns Consumer apps AI products Home services E-commerce brands
