We’re looking for a highly creative editor to turn multi-cam DJ footage into viral short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels. This is not just basic editing. You should understand pacing, music energy, and what actually makes people stop scrolling. What You’ll Do Edit multi-cam DJ sets into short-form videos (15–60s) Cut dynamically between angles to match drops, transitions, and crowd moments Add captions, text overlays, and subtle effects that enhance engagement Identify the most viral moments within longer sets Format and optimize content for TikTok and Reels (hooks, loops, timing) Deliver multiple variations for testing What We’re Looking For Strong sense of timing, especially with music drops and transitions Experience editing for TikTok / Reels (you know what performs) Ability to create high-retention edits that feel fast, clean, and intentional Familiar with multi-cam editing workflows Comfortable adding captions, memes, and culturally relevant edits without overdoing it Bonus: experience with DJ, music, or live event content Style Reference Think Boiler Room energy.
