Virtual or Administrative Assistant Needed for QuickBooks Bookkeeping | Financial Record Management

We need an experienced Virtual or Administrative Assistant for Bookkeeping, Bookkeeper will manage our financial records accurately and consistently on a long-term basis. This will start as a fixed-price project to review/clean up our books, with ongoing monthly bookkeeping work to follow for the right fit. Responsibilities: Bank reconciliation and general ledger maintenance Accounts payable and accounts receivable management Invoice processing and expense tracking Financial reporting and preparation of financial statements QuickBooks Online setup, cleanup, or ongoing maintenance (Xero/Wave also welcome) Payroll support and cash flow tracking as needed Looking for a certified or experienced bookkeeper/accountant comfortable with fixed-price milestone contracts who can deliver accurate, timely work and grow into a long-term recurring engagement.
