# Virtual Appointment Setter – B2B / PEO / HR Services ## About the Role We are hiring a high-performing Virtual Appointment Setter to generate qualified meetings for a fast-growing Professional Employer Organization (PEO) sales team. This is NOT a customer service role. This is a performance-based outbound sales role focused on setting quality appointments with business owners, executives, HR leaders, and decision makers. You will be helping businesses improve: - HR operations - Payroll - Benefits - Workers’ compensation - Compliance - Employee retention - Risk management We are looking for someone who understands how to confidently engage business decision makers and create interest that leads to booked meetings. --- ## Responsibilities - Cold call businesses daily - Set qualified appointments with decision makers - Prospect small to mid-sized businesses - Follow call scripts while sounding natural and consultative - Handle basic objections confidently - Send follow-up emails and texts when needed - Maintain CRM notes accurately - Hit weekly appointment goals - Maintain professionalism and strong English communication --- ## MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED WITHOUT: - B2B appointment setting experience - Cold calling experience - Excellent spoken English - Stable internet and quiet work environment - Ability to work U.S. business hours - Confidence speaking with executives/business owners ### HUGE PLUS IF YOU HAVE: - PEO experience - Payroll/HR outsourcing experience - Telecom sales experience - Insurance appointment setting experience - LinkedIn prospecting experience - CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) --- ## Compensation - Base pay + performance bonuses - Bonuses paid for QUALIFIED appointments that show and meet criteria - Opportunity for long-term role and increased compensation based on performance --- ## Performance Expectations This role is results-driven. Minimum expectations: - Consistent outbound activity daily - Professional call quality - Qualified appointments booked weekly - Reliable communication and attendance We are looking for quality over quantity. --- ## IMPORTANT To apply, send: 1.
