Company: Health Insurance Agency Location: Remote Schedule: Full-Time | U.S. Business Hours (EST/CST) About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Virtual Appointment Setter to join our growing health insurance agency. This is a phone-intensive role focused on outbound calling, lead follow-up, appointment setting, and CRM management. The ideal candidate has excellent English communication skills, a professional phone presence, and experience speaking with U.S.-based consumers and business professionals. Applicants must submit a voice recording to be considered. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound follow-up calls and cold calls to individuals interested in health insurance - Engage prospects professionally and build rapport quickly - Handle basic objections and answer preliminary questions - Qualify leads and schedule appointments using Calendly - Send appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-up emails - Maintain accurate records and notes within the CRM - Perform basic data entry and lead management tasks - Help reduce appointment no-shows through effective communication and follow-up - Meet daily activity goals for calls, contacts, and appointments set Required Qualifications - Near-native English fluency - Neutral or American-sounding accent - Clear, confident, and professional speaking voice - Strong verbal communication skills - Reliable high-speed internet connection - Quality headset and quiet work environment - Outbound calling Ideal Candidate - Speaks fluent English with little to no accent - Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone - Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable - Coachable and open to feedback - Consistent, self-motivated, and goal-oriented - Takes ownership of the appointment-setting process - Professional, positive, and confident when speaking with prospects To be considered, applicants must: - Complete the interview questionnaire. - Submit a voice recording (1–2 minutes) introducing themselves and describing their outbound calling experience. - Include details of previous appointment-setting, sales, or customer service roles.
