Summary

I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of my sales training and coaching business. This is a part-time, ongoing role (approximately 10 hours/week) with the opportunity for more hours as the business grows. What you'll be doing: Organizing and maintaining files in Google Drive and SharePoint (renaming, filing, creating folder structures) Transcribing audio and video recordings from coaching sessions, keynotes, and client calls Creating professional PDF and Word documents for training materials and participant guides Data entry into spreadsheets and tracking systems (CRM updates, activity logs, scorecards) Basic formatting and cleanup of existing documents and presentations Supporting the creation of training materials by organizing source content into clean, usable formats Light research tasks as needed Who I'm looking for: Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed on this role Comfortable with Google Drive, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic file management Experience with transcription tools (Otter, Notta, Descript, or similar) is a plus but not required Clear written English communication Reliable and consistent — able to commit to roughly 10 hours per week on an ongoing basis Self-starter who can follow instructions without heavy oversight once trained Open to candidates from anywhere — this is a fully remote, async-friendly role Nice to have (not required): Experience creating polished PDFs or branded documents Familiarity with Canva Any background in coaching, training, or education-related industries To apply, please include: A brief note on your experience with file organization and document creation Your availability (days/hours) and timezone One example of a document or PDF you've created for a past client (if available) This is a long-term opportunity for the right person — I'm building out my operations team and looking for someone who wants consistent, ongoing work rather than a one-off project.
