Virtual Assistant – Automotive Social Media & Lead Management

About Me: I'm a high-volume automotive sales professional looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant who can help me generate consistent buyer leads through Facebook Marketplace and other social media platforms. My goal is to become one of the top-performing car sales professionals in my market by maintaining a strong online presence and responding quickly to customer inquiries. I'm looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow with my business. What You'll Do: -Your primary focus will be supporting my Facebook Marketplace marketing efforts and helping turn online interest into qualified appointments. Responsibilities include: -Prepare Facebook Marketplace listings using vehicle photos, pricing, mileage, and my approved descriptions. -Organize inventory so listings stay accurate and up to date. -Refresh, update, and remove listings as inventory changes. -Create Facebook posts that can also be shared to local buy/sell groups where appropriate. -Create supporting content for Facebook Reels, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. -Edit short-form videos using CapCut or similar software. Important: Any Marketplace activity must follow Facebook's Terms of Service and my dealership's policies. I am not looking for fake accounts or methods that violate platform rules.
