Virtual Assistant – CRM Data Research & Lead Enrichment

We are looking for a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help complete, verify, and expand our clinic prospect database. Initial Project We currently have approximately 4,000 clinic records in our CRM that need to be reviewed and finalized. The Virtual Assistant will research each clinic and accurately populate missing information. Responsibilities will include: Locate and verify each clinic’s official website Add Facebook and Instagram profile links Run websites through our website analysis tool Run social media profiles through our social media analysis tool Confirm that the website, social media, and overall Fit Score are properly recorded Find and verify clinic contact information Locate relevant business email addresses Identify clinic owners, founders, operators, marketing leaders, or other decision-makers Add LinkedIn profiles for the clinic and relevant contacts Correct incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate CRM information Avoid duplicate records and maintain consistent data formatting Ongoing Responsibilities After the initial database of 4,000 records is completed, the role will transition into ongoing lead research. The Virtual Assistant will identify additional clinics and companies within our target niches and add qualified prospects to the CRM. Target businesses may include: GLP-1 and medical weight-loss clinics Peptide therapy clinics Hormone replacement and hormone health clinics Longevity and anti-aging clinics Metabolic and functional medicine practices Wellness clinics Relevant telehealth providers Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is: Highly organized and detail-oriented Experienced with online research and CRM data entry Comfortable researching businesses across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram Able to accurately identify business owners and decision-makers Familiar with finding and verifying professional email addresses Able to follow a defined research process and maintain consistent data quality Comfortable working independently and asking questions when information is unclear Experienced with healthcare, wellness, medical, or agency lead research is preferred Accuracy is more important than speed. We are looking for someone who can help us build a reliable, high-quality prospect database that our team can use for sales and marketing outreach.
