Virtual Assistant – Client Communications & Operations | Cleaning Company

We are a growing residential and commercial cleaning company based in Philadelphia, looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help run day-to-day operations. This is an ongoing, part-time role (15–25 hours/week) with potential to grow to full-time based on performance. What you'll be doing: - Responding to inbound leads and client inquiries within 30 minutes - Sending appointment reminders and booking confirmations - Coordinating with cleaners in the field — morning check-ins, issue resolution - Following up on quotes and converting leads to booked clients - Managing and updating our CRM (Booking Koala, Jobber) daily - Sending post-service review requests and handling complaints professionally - Conducting outreach on Facebook, Nextdoor, and via email to generate new leads - Sending the owner a daily end-of-day operations summary You're a great fit if you: - Have experience in customer service or client-facing communication roles - Are comfortable on the phone and via text/email - Have used a CRM before (Booking Koala, Jobber) - Are proactive, organized, and don't need to be micromanaged - Are available Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend check-ins - Have strong written English — professional and warm tone Bonus (not required): Experience working with a home services or cleaning company Familiarity with Nextdoor, Facebook Groups outreach
