Virtual Assistant — Cold Outreach, Data & Ongoing Tasks (Full-Time, Remote)

We're a web development agency looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. This is a full-time, fully remote position (5 days/week). Location doesn't matter — what matters is the quality of your work. What you'll be doing: - Cold email outreach and follow-ups to prospects and leads - Client correspondence - writing emails, follow-ups, handling inquiries - Maintaining and updating client databases (CRM/spreadsheets) - Lead generation via email and social media (no cold calls) - Data entry, research, and content additions - Other recurring or one-off tasks as they come up What we need from you: - Fluent written English - non-negotiable - Clear, professional communication style - Confident with tools (Google Workspace, spreadsheets, CRMs, etc.) - Strong attention to detail and punctuality - Proven experience in a similar VA / outreach / admin role - Ability to understand a task fully, ask the right questions when something is unclear, and find ways to optimize your own workflow - Experience working with web/digital agencies is a plus What we value most: We're not looking for someone who just executes mechanically.
