Virtual Assistant – E-Commerce & Customer Service We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to join our growing team on a full-time, long-term basis. Responsibilities: Deliver excellent customer service through timely and professional communication Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records Create and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms Optimize listings using SEO best practices to improve search visibility and drive sales Ensure product descriptions, images, titles, and attributes are complete and up to standard Requirements: Experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or similar) Working knowledge of SEO principles and keyword optimization Strong attention to detail for product listing accuracy Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently Good written communication skills in English Compensation: $7/hour during the training and probationary period Increases to $10/hour upon successful completion of probation If you are organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about e-commerce, we'd love to hear from you!
