Virtual Assistant – Commercial Property Search

I am looking for a proactive and organised Virtual Assistant to help identify and source commercial premises in London. Responsibilities: * Searching commercial property websites and online listings. * Contacting estate agents by phone and email. * Requesting property details, floor plans, and relevant documentation. * Maintaining and updating a property tracker spreadsheet. * Following up with agents and landlords. * Scheduling property viewings. * Conducting basic research on locations and local market conditions. * Presenting shortlisted opportunities in a clear and organised format. Requirements: * Confident and professional on the phone. * Strong organisational and administrative skills. * Experience as a Virtual Assistant, Executive Assistant, Real Estate VA, or Lead Generation VA is preferred. * Proficient with spreadsheets and online research. * Ability to work at least during UK business hours. You do not need specialist property knowledge. I am looking for someone who is resourceful, persistent, and comfortable speaking with commercial estate agents to gather information and identify suitable opportunities. I will review all shortlisted properties, attend viewings, and make all final decisions.
