Virtual Assistant, UX QA + Content Support

I'm looking for a detail-oriented VA to learn our HR tech platform inside and out, spot inconsistencies, and suggest UX improvements, plus support content tasks. Ongoing, part-time, flexible hours. Starting immediately. What you'll do - Learn the product deeply and use it the way our customers would - Spot visual and behavioral inconsistencies: spacing, wording, button states, flows that don't match elsewhere in the app - Recommend UX improvements. What's confusing, what takes too many clicks, what's missing - Check how things hold up across screen sizes and browsers - Log everything in Google Sheets with screenshots and clear notes - Content support: formatting help docs, light editing, blog/social drafts - Occasional research and data entry What I'm looking for - Sharp eye for detail. You notice when two screens do the same thing differently - Curiosity. You're willing to poke at a product until you understand it - Clear written English, and the ability to explain a problem and suggest a fix - Solid with Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, keeping a tracker clean) - Reliable and self-directed.
