Virtual Assistant - Customer Service & Bookkeeping (Shopify + Xero) for Fashion Brand - 8 Hours/Week

RQ The Label is a Melbourne-based online womenswear brand (rqthelabel.com) looking for a reliable, detail-oriented VA to support two areas: 1. Customer Service Respond to customer emails (order status, sizing, returns/exchanges) in our brand tone Process returns/exchanges per our policy Flag anything unusual or high-priority to me directly 2. Accounting Reconciliation Match Shopify transactions to our Xero bank feed Categorize expenses accurately and consistently Flag anything unclear rather than guessing You should have: Solid experience with Shopify and Xero specifically (please mention relevant experience in your application) Strong written English Availability that overlaps with Melbourne business hours (AEST) Comfortable working independently once processes are set To apply: Please include a short note on your Shopify/Xero experience, and answer: how would you approach reconciling a backlog of ~4 months of unreconciled transactions?
