Virtual Assistant & Customer Service Email Representative (English-Speaking)

We are a rapidly expanding 15 year old dietary supplement company looking for a new team member to provide administrative assistance and email support to our customers. The position is full-time. The main task will be responding to customer emails, which must receive an immediate response. Other tasks include processing returns, responding to disputes, verifying customer addresses, reporting counterfeit product listings, and occasionally calling customers to verify information. The position requires competency in reading, writing, and speaking English, proficiency with Gmail, and the ability to navigate our user-friendly company admin portal. Above all, a prompt, professional attitude and commitment to taking ownership of individual customer issues are required! The salary is $11 per hour.
