We are looking for a highly motivated Virtual Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and is passionate about helping businesses grow. We are looking for a problem solver with a winning mindset who can think independently, communicate professionally, and help us provide outstanding service to our clients. Responsibilities -Customer Service & Client Communication -Respond to inbound leads via phone, text, email, and social media. -Follow up with potential customers who have requested quotes. -Answer customer inquiries professionally and promptly. -Schedule estimates, site visits, and cleaning appointments. -Maintain excellent client relationships and ensure a world-class customer experience. -Lead Management & Sales Support -Call new leads and qualify opportunities. -Follow up with previous leads and inactive prospects. -Track and update lead information within GoHighLevel (GHL). -Help increase conversion rates through consistent follow-up. -Assist with sales outreach campaigns when required. -Administrative Support -Manage calendars and scheduling. -Update spreadsheets and company records. -Assist with invoicing and administrative tasks. -Maintain organized client files and communication records. -Create reports and track key business metrics. -CRM & Automation -Manage and update GoHighLevel (GHL). -Monitor pipelines and move leads through stages. -Create and maintain workflows, automations, and follow-up sequences. -Ensure all lead information is properly documented. Requirements Must Have: ✅ Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant ✅ Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) ✅ Excellent spoken and written English ✅ Strong customer service skills ✅ Professional phone etiquette ✅ Strong organizational skills ✅ Ability to work independently ✅ Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment Preferred ⭐ Experience in the cleaning, home services, property management, or construction industry ⭐ Experience with Google Workspace ⭐ Experience with Canva ⭐ Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT ⭐ Experience with sales and lead follow-up The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who: -Has a positive, winning mindset. -Is a natural problem solver. -Takes initiative without being micromanaged. -Is highly organized and detail-oriented. -Communicates professionally and confidently. -Is reliable, accountable, and trustworthy. -Genuinely cares about delivering excellent customer service. -Wants to grow with a fast-growing company. -Performance Expectations -Fast response times to new leads. -Consistent follow-up with prospects. -Accurate CRM management. -Professional communication with clients. -High attention to detail. -Continuous improvement and problem solving.
