About Us Bug Freedom Pest Control is a fast-growing, veteran-owned pest control company based in Southern California. We're looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Virtual Assistant to become a key part of our team. If you have excellent English, enjoy helping customers, and thrive in an administrative role, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer calls professionally. Make outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with customers. Respond to text messages, emails, and online inquiries. Schedule appointments and manage technician routes. Update customer information accurately in our CRM. Handle administrative tasks and data entry. Communicate with customers in a friendly, confident, and professional manner. Support the operations team with daily office tasks. Requirements Excellent spoken and written English (this is a must). Previous experience as a Customer Service Representative or Virtual Assistant. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Comfortable answering phones and speaking with customers. Fast and accurate typing skills. Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace. Detail-oriented and able to multitask. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Experience Experience working for a home service company (Pest Control, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Landscaping, etc.). Experience using CRMs and scheduling software.
