Virtual Assistant Customer Service and Operations We are Aepril, a fast growing modern jewelry brand launched earlier this year. We are scaling from around 40 orders per day toward 100 orders per day. Important: we are not a dropshipping store. We hold all inventory in our own warehouse in the Netherlands, so we have full control over quality, shipping, and customer experience. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help with customer service and basic operations. What you will do - Reply to customer emails in Freshdesk - Handle questions, returns, and complaints - Keep response time under 10 hours - Support order processing in Shopify - Organize tasks in ClickUp - Communicate with our fulfilment center for shipment issues - Help founders with small daily tasks Tools Shopify, Freshdesk, ClickUp, Google Workspace Hours and start - Start date: July 1 - Around 1 to 2 hours per day - Flexible schedule - Hours will grow as the company grows What we are looking for - Customer service experience required - Good communication skills - Fast and structured worker - Comfortable with tools like Shopify and helpdesk systems - Takes ownership and responsibility Apply with - Short experience summary - Tools you have used - One example of how you helped a customer
