Virtual Assistant – Customer Support for supplement brand

We are looking for a Dutch-speaking customer support VA to join our supplement brand operating in Belgium & The Netherlands. Your main tasks: * Customer support (email, DMs - we use Gorgias) * Handling returns, refunds & complaints * Moderating comments on Meta and Instagram * Assisting with other VA tasks This role is primarily focused on: * Friday, Saturday and Sunday coverage * Supporting the customer support team during holidays, sick leave and peak periods You will be trained by our current Customer Support Lead, who has been with the company for a long time and knows our systems, products and processes inside out. You must: * Be a native Dutch speaker * Have a passion for health and wellness since we get a lot of in depth customer questions * Maintain top-notch quality with a detail-oriented mindset * Be able to work with ChatGPT * Be proactive and think independently * Be available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays * Include the word blauw in your cover letter to show you’ve read the description This is a long-term role for the right candidate.
