Virtual Assistant [Czech Republic]

About the role We publish a lot of content for our own websites and for our clients. We need someone reliable to take that content and get it live, neatly and accurately, by following step by step instructions we have already written. Hours between 30 and 50 per month. This is not a writing or marketing job. It is a careful, methodical role. If you are the kind of person who likes ticking boxes, following a checklist properly, and getting the details right, you will do well here. Experience is not required. We will train you. What you will be doing Copying and pasting prepared content into WordPress Adding images (we use Canva, which we will show you how to use) Formatting posts so they look clean and consistent Some basic link building tasks (again, with clear instructions provided) Following our standard operating procedures step by step, every time What we are looking for Bright and quick to learn Comfortable using a computer and the internet Able to follow a written procedure exactly, without skipping steps or cutting corners Careful with detail (spelling, formatting, getting links right) Reliable and organised Good written English Nice to have (but genuinely not required) Any experience with WordPress or Canva An interest in marketing, SEO, or websites Why work with us Full training provided, no experience needed Clear instructions for everything you do, so you are never left guessing A chance to learn how a modern AI and SEO business works from the inside Remote working About Us Befound.ie is an Irish based company working with client in Ireland.
