Virtual Assistant – E-Commerce Customer Support, Marketing Research & Creative About the Role We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our growing e-commerce brand. This role combines customer support, product/market research, and creative marketing support. You'll respond to customer inquiries, research trends on TikTok and Reddit, find content ideas, help brainstorm video concepts, and assist with basic creative tasks using Canva. This is a long-term role with growth potential. Key Responsibilities Customer Support (Email-Based) Respond to customer emails professionally and warmly Troubleshoot delivery and tracking issues Handle product questions, shipping inquiries, and returns Flag recurring customer concerns Research (TikTok, Reddit, Amazon, Google) Research what customers are saying about similar products Identify common problems, solutions, and market gaps Find trending content, hooks, and angles in our niche Summarize findings into clear, organized reports Turn research insights into actionable video/content ideas Marketing & Creative Support Use Canva to create simple graphics and visuals Source images and content ideas for marketing Brainstorm video concepts based on research Support UGC creator search and outreach (training provided) Website Tasks Create and update product pages on Shopify/PageFly Upload product photos and edit copy Requirements Strong English fluency – You must be able to read, write, and comprehend English well. You will need to watch training courses and study materials independently. Previous customer service experience (email or chat) Experience researching on TikTok, Reddit, Amazon, and Google Canva experience – comfortable creating basic graphics Basic marketing understanding – knows what makes content engaging Ability to translate research into creative ideas (video concepts, angles, hooks) Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Reliable internet connection Nice to Have (Not Required) Familiarity with AI image tools (Midjourney, DALL-E, etc.) Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude Shopify or PageFly experience UGC creator sourcing experience Basic photo/video editing skills What We Provide Training on our brand voice, SOPs, and workflows Training on UGC creator sourcing Clear templates and processes Supportive environment with growth opportunities
