Summary

We're hiring a reliable VA to run daily outreach inside construction Facebook groups to source off-market deals and build buyer and seller relationships. Tasks: monitor target groups, post and respond using approved templates, engage and qualify leads, and log every conversation and lead into our tracker for routing to the team. You must follow each group's rules to avoid bans, communicate in clear and natural English, and stay organized and consistent day to day. This is a recurring daily role; we value steady, rule-respecting activity and clean lead logging over spammy volume. We start with a short paid trial period before ongoing work.
