Virtual Assistant – Dry Cleaning, Laundry & Alterations Business (Remote, Part-Time)

We're Luxe Cleaners & Laundry, a premium dry cleaning, wash & fold, and alterations boutique in Katy, Texas. We're growing and need a reliable virtual assistant to keep our brand presence strong and our operations organized behind the scenes. What you'll handle: - Customer outreach: Follow up with customers post-service, reach out to lapsed customers, handle satisfaction check-ins. Warm, relationship-focused communication — not scripted blasts. - Email and file management: Organize our inbox, respond to routine inquiries, maintain organized digital files and customer records. - Scheduling: Coordinate appointments, interviews, and follow-up calls on behalf of the owner. - Social media: Engage with comments and DMs. Keep our brand looking active and premium. - General admin: Whatever keeps things running — drafts, reminders, light research, keeping things from falling through the cracks. You're a great fit if: You have 4+ years of VA experience with small businesses Your written English is warm and professional — not robotic, not overly casual You've managed social media for a business before (please show me) You're proactive — you notice what needs doing and do it You're available during US business hours (Central Time) To apply, include: 1.
