Virtual Assistant — Email Outreach, Research & Phone Follow-Up

I'm a founder of a small US-based company looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help with outreach, phone calls, and day-to-day organization. What you'd do Research and build contact lists based on the criteria I give you Find the right contact person at each organization and their email address Send outreach emails using my templates, around 20-30 per day Make follow-up phone calls to organizations we've emailed Follow up with people who haven't responded Keep everything organized and updated in our CRM (HubSpot) Flag replies to me so I can take it from there General assistant tasks: inbox organization, scheduling, simple data entry What I'm looking for Fluent spoken English, clear and easily understood on calls with US businesses Confident and professional on the phone Strong written English, emails need to read naturally rather than templated Reliable and organized, able to work through a list consistently without reminders Experience with email outreach, lead research, or virtual assistance HubSpot experience is a plus, but I can train you Available to overlap a few hours with US Pacific Time Details Part-time to start, around 15-20 hours per week Long-term role if it's a good fit I'll provide clear written instructions and templates for everything To apply Tell me briefly about your outreach or research experience, include a short sample of an outreach email you've written, and attach a 30-second voice recording so I can hear your spoken English.
