I'm looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage emails and make or answer phone calls on my behalf. This is an hourly position with flexible hours based on workload. Responsibilities: - Monitor and organize email inboxes - Respond to emails professionally - Draft email replies for review when needed - Make and receive phone calls - Schedule appointments and meetings - Keep records of communications and follow up as needed - Perform other administrative tasks as assigned Requirements: - Excellent written and spoken English - Professional phone etiquette - Strong organizational and time management skills - Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace - Ability to handle confidential information with discretion - Previous virtual assistant or administrative experience is a plus
