Virtual Assistant (Entry Level) — Video Ad Scriptwriting Training Provided

We manage a portfolio of e-commerce brands and are looking for a virtual assistant to train up as a scriptwriter to support our content production across the brands. This is NOT a role for experienced scriptwriters. We want someone at the start of their career who is eager to learn, follows direction well, and wants to grow with us long term. We will teach you everything. How it works: You'll be given access to our full training course (3 parts), covering brand research, script frameworks, and the psychology behind high-converting video ads. Once trained, you'll move straight into writing scripts for our brands using our process and tools. What you'll be doing: - Working through our training course and getting up to speed quickly - Researching brands and target audiences - Writing video ad scripts following our proven framework - Delivering scripts consistently to a set weekly schedule What we're looking for: - Strong written English - Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently - Fast learner who applies feedback well - Interest in marketing or consumer psychology is a bonus — not required - No ego.
