Summary

We are seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to manage lead generation and follow-up campaigns using GoHighLevel (GHL) for our company and a client’s company. You’ll help ensure lead lists are organized, campaigns run smoothly, and follow-ups are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Manage lead lists and automate campaigns inside GoHighLevel. • Monitor campaign workflows and ensure campaigns fire on schedule. • Manage follow-ups and maintain accurate CRM records. • Assist with online community outreach and engagement on behalf of the business. • Conduct basic research and administrative support tasks as needed. • Start with internal projects, then transition to similar tasks for a client. Requirements: • Strong experience with GoHighLevel (GHL). • Familiarity with lead management and campaign follow-ups. • Good communication and organizational skills. • Ability to manage tasks independently and follow established processes. Preferred Skills: • CRM Management • Marketing Automation • Pipeline Management • Email & SMS Campaigns • Data Entry & Admin Support Additional: There is potential for performance-based bonuses tied to successful conversions and campaign performance.
